Does anyone know how DOW could incur $25million "in legal and other costs" in relation to a legal action re a drainage matter?
Seems a great deal, and without being across the facts, spending to fix a problem might have been cheaper (given the vagaries of legal action and even if you thought it was John Holland's fault).
Can anyone shine light on this?
