I posted this across at the TLM thread, what do you SFR shareholders think?

Given the run the Sandfire share price has enjoyed up to $8 and the downward trajectory of TLMs share price, wouldn't you think they would want to take advantage of that by bidding for control of TLM?

If I was CEO at Sandfire I would put a bid on the table at 34c with a mix of cash and shares and a minimum acceptance condition of 51%.
Leave Harmanis holding a minority position and get on with business.

    I can't see any downside for Sandfire, it's a no-brainer for me.
