It is possible Platina might just be ahead of the curve for once? Ha! They're gonna need a looooooot of scandium to build a ship, even at the new lower ratio.
Let Friedland go with the Chinese they're good if you want large scale production, but when it comes to developing new tech, they're hopeless (no offence intended to any Chinese on the thread.) The scandium market is one that needs advancements before she's ready to go. Time to let our thoroughly unsuccessful Chinese rep go and look to Europe instead.
Russian partner would suit us better when it comes to Skaergaard as well. We want that Norilsk expertise to ease the Ice Queen from her slumber.
