    Dimensional has been trading up and down
    Large texan fund manager, there is the other sub holder INSTO i was mentioning was accumulating, they have finally revealed themselves and went over the threshold.
    now in March buying above the prior sell points
    buy 32c sell 39c now buy 41c 42c

    What the heck is a texan fund buying PRU for, an ozzie african gold miner.
    Sure they have traded very well short term but now buying small lots daily long.
    Looks like they think it will gap up Q4.
