With respect KEG75, completetion takes place when handover takes place, it could also be argued after defects liability is over. To suggest GIMG is complete is premature. I look forward to the day when CCE report that a project is done on time and within budget.
As for the loan facility, that will be burnt before year end. The business is to top heavy, CCE are living beyond their means, it’s evidenced in the financials.
