Definitely an advantage having in-house sparkies ready to roll but I believe the issue is having the supply authority signing off the work. The supply authorities I have been involved with are pretty staunch and not in a hurry to speed anything up. Now there are even more companies waiting around for them.
Might have missed the boat by not getting finance to speed up conversions earlier.
