Bought in a few days before the big move ... lucky for me ... holding on though any placement will tend to be long term positive but short term negative since the funds will want a deal or some warrants. My preference is that they derisk the financials by raising $10M more cash and issue a 2 year $40M stock call where they have the option to issue shares in exchange for cash on demand at a current but discounted share price. Perhaps they can alternately stagger a few progressive placements with a series of higher priced warrants. That last placement with free options simply pissed the market off which explains the down drag and makes it far more difficult to do another placement for much higher right now, but that will be temporary since memories fade where profits lie ahead.
