SK, an interesting post. I'm sure a lot of things you've said strike a cord with many holders. But fair go, some of your comments are screaming out for a fact check.

Assume you're not aware that BRN completed an oversubscribed share placement of $21.5m in October last year. It was supported by many institutions. The capital raised was to provide among other things, the funds needed to develop the chip. Your comment is not true.

In respect of Peter's Snap64, this did have the capability of unsupervised learning. But it was really only proof of life on FPGA architecture. It wont be until the completion of the project to add JAST technology to the SNAP processor, that BrainChip will be able to offer the Akida product on FPGA mid 2018 and Silicon end 2018 early 2019. So in respect of Akida the Chip doesn't exist yet. So your comment's not true.

Interesting point. Who knows maybe they've already fielded offers from some big players. If there were offers at this point you would bet they would not be enough. Lets face it, nobody really knows what's gone on behind the scenes. The other issue of course is that a chip with the capability of Akida which has the ability to do all it's the processing utilizing SNN IP on the CHIP itself (repeat on the chip itself) is a pretty difficult rabbit to pull out of any hat. Intel can't do that. No one has achieved this yet. The behemoths maybe keeping their money in their pockets until BRN pulls this groundbreaking milestone off itself. So I don't believe your above point is true either.
