IQE to acquire cREO tech from SLX

    IQE has decided to acquire the Translucent cREO technology from Silex. See SLX announcement today.

    BLG has been working with IQE on producing substrates with and without cREO technology.

    IQE must be happy with the cREO and hopefully they will be looking to use RPCVD to maximise its benefits.
