I also agree that it should be in a TH. There's too much riding on this decision and it could well be a company maker or breaker.
The fact that they allocated 3 days and wrapped it up in 2, indicates that it was a straight-forward enough process with both teams coming prepared. I feel that the decision making should also be quite straight-forward and would expect a decision early next week.
The government has a lot riding on this- not the least in that it could potentially set a precedent.
