    Wonder how motivated the guy is at PRe Send taking stock at $1.97 ? The stock is now univestible. You can't sell $8m of stock to presumably Pie and others followed by the Chairman's statement " We are tracking ahead of budget" then downgrade. What was Tom thinking ? No trust, all over.
