    Not a bad strategy. Sell parcels of tenements for consideration in the form of shares to two successful companies NST and AAJ. Let others do the work for you and you enjoy the reward. Shares in AAJ has jumped 13% today. 6m shares to WGX. Not bad at all. What's there to complain.
