    I don't trust brokers either. Brokers use every trick in the book to get trade.
    If the broker were to be approached by a large player wanting 150 million shares. If they are on good terms with the broker they can request the broker to convert the options but NOT sell.
    The retailers see the Appendix 3B and sell the price drops. The large buyer accumulates on the reclining price and does not over pay. This may be the case now.
