Maybe a solution for you would be to petition the site’s administrators with the following:

There is a poster, one Madamswer, whom I deem is lacking in the requisite level of intelligence to be able to participate in this stock discussion forum.
Accordingly, could you please arrange for his/her permanent suspension?
