Regarding latest rise of SP i am thinking it may be a combination of
1) Significant Increase in taxation in DRCongo for miners, especially Cobalt making Australia a preferred destination
2) Car companies like VW announcing their requirements
3) COB upgraded resource announcement anyday now
4) COB SP reaching the Au$ 100M mark which would allow certain funds to buy into it.
For LTH who bought in the low 20ies our patience and confidence is starting to be rewarded. But COB has more good news to deliver.
