Stock could be back to mid 70s after AGM.
Buy time, doesn’t matter who is on the board just need some stability and independence which looking at the related party transactions doesn’t look to be occurring at the moment.
Hopefully the new Chairman (if it is Beasley) practises what he preaches, and also recruits some smart, up and coming operators in the MC field.
The share price atm is unacceptable considering the partnerships created, licenses granted and growth by other companies in the MC area.
