KordaMentha Restructuring - Proof of debt lodgement for Hall Proceeding Claim

    For SGH class action, I have joined MB for Hall Proceedings and Vannin Capital for Babscay Proceedings. But I just received a letter from KordaMentha Restructuring that there is an overlap period between the Babscay and Hall Proceedings, hence I can only elect either MB or Babscay for the Proof of debt lodgement for Hall Proceeding Claim.

    Did anyone receive the same letter? On the phone, I was told that selecting MB or Vannin has different cost implication, but KordaMentha cant give any advice on this. Anyone knows
    which one (MB or Vannin) has a lower cost for the proceedings?​
