i would have thought the private plcement would be done and dusted - ie they must have done their homework b4hand esp since its fully underwritten - so they say. the placements were designed to purchase the land and the NRRI to put some cash in the bank/pay debts
The NRRI hasnt been announced yet but thats no biggie - they will need to give shlders the documentation and at least a week or two to decide.
Not sure why they need to halt further - not that it makes that much difference but the company and their brokers are just so incompetent. SEA probably jumped the gun
