Dunno, but they fill up all the out of hours empty 1 cent increments near the current bid/offers with padded garbage - it has been going on virtually since consol. Perhaps the bot gets bored in its time off, or just wants to show how talented it is, or how stupid the crew who pull its strings are. Looking forward to the time when the bot gets steamrolled.
