It is time for the Management to show some grit and take a prescription dosage of "Growaset". They wanted the Position, the Wages, the Benefits however they don't appear anxious to grow the SP.
The SP will grow when they actually achieve something.

Enough of my ramblings.

Movement away from low margin sales into H2 • Resulted in a planned $2M phased reduction in revenue from H1 to H2

Wish they told us about this PLANNED revenue reduction before the event. Despite this, looking at the financials they do look setup and primed to hit hard in 2018.
