Slightest glimpse of enthusiasm .... and it get crushed back down again by a big off market SELLER.
Same pattern for ...... what ..... 5 years now.
Probably Carnegie ..... exiting slowly these past years.
He stepped away from the light ... and now in the shadows ... can do what he likes with his parcels.
