Bobby with your traders hat on you may be right (or you may be wrong....a traders dilema) but even if your right as a long term investor (in this stock at least) id far rather be long a stock that might be 20% lower for a month or so with a nice Jorc under its belt a scpoing study on the way, buyers watching it closely and having just raised 10 mill $ more...... with a huge upside - rather than worrying about where to try and pick a bottom or regret not being in as it takes off because i was wrong.
