The silence from the company at this point says a lot to me ... they are in negotiation mode (whatever form that might take)
key points...
1. resignation of investor director December 17 and no replacement
2. actual confirmation from company they are in negotiations with a number of parties
3. no updates this year (apart from statutory report)
I have cautioned myself not to short it ... might pay a price if I do.
