    There is nothing 'highly likely' about what you are saying. This is blatant ramping. The cost would be huge to do what youre talking about.

    If you are going to make these outlandish claims then at least state a decent source. There is nothing to suggest that DOT are planning on using EC for all roundabout projects in the future.
