    Good find Duke: so stock levels have decreased by 15% in the the last 3 months, that's steep.
    You are V right Bluesamurai: the DRCongo parliament voted the tax increases on minerals ( even new tax on "superprofits" !) and the president signed it. That would definitely attract investors to Australian Cobalt miners and COB in particular...
