Its a company name so not a massive issue if it does get revealed, but thanks. Reason I made it obvious was to show that I am a genuine holder and was having genuine issues with the company's product which I feel is better to bring up and have fixed/explained rather than be glossed over. Like I said before, if I wasn't a shareholder and just a random user, I would have filed for a refund with Google, uninstalled the app and moved on without a second thought.
Anyways, make of my posts what you will. Doesn't really bother me.
