    Hi,

    Anybody know where Glencore are at completing the Conditions precedent in the Implementation Deed with Yancoal over the Tag along agreement for Hunter Valley Opertions? By my reading Glencore have until 27 July 2018 to have all Conditions precedent's resolved otherwise things will get very interesting .
