You see if the two bike riders had of stayed in the same lane the whole way you would be correct the have the right to do so . But the swapping in out of the lanes is not .

if the bike rider want swap out of behind the single white line they have give way to the traffic behind them .

The fact no signaling took place the whole way they rode the bikes across and in and out over a single white crossed line .

It may look like the whole way they were sound but in fact they have obey the rules as they are traffic as they so soundly point out the whole way through the film .

Riding double while one in a bike lane and one out is not legal .

It may look fine but its not in fact obeying road rules as traffic and no where did the look behind themselves for traffic while changing lanes .

They simply changed lanes as they wished and expected traffic to obey the 1.5 meter rule .

This is not correct . The bike rider has give way to traffic while changing lanes . ie if they swap out from one to the other they have give way to traffic behind them .

The traffic behind them has no idea what they are doing because they do not signal there intention anywhere in the whole film .
