The only thing I would add, is that CCE will not have a PPA but instead will be selling power through a merchant agreement. I believe this has not been done before in Western Australia.
Is it too early to make any predictions, given that revenue may vary on an hourly basis?
I would think there is no way of knowing in advance how selling power on the spot market will work out for them.
Perhaps we won't know until they have had a year or two of numbers to look at.
