broker is not one slightest bit interested in the fundamentals or future for this company nor any other company they raise for.
these options are the payment for the raise they facilitated last year and they are sitting in 70% profit right now which is enough for them to convert on. the broker has a business to run, staff and bills to pay and needs revenue, hence the selling of these options
wouldnt over think it anymore than that, not saying it doesn't annoy me seeing the share price slammed cause it does
