Where you and I might, unchallenged, let our available cash position dwindle down to sweet fa, the same rules of financing and honouring liabilities do not apply at a company level.
A company must at all times be able to meet its commitments, waiting until you've run out of cash is too late
Hence, I don't think there is any reason to assume something is amiss that you have not already been advised of.
