    Why would a JV partner ever come on board at this stage or lack of and carry such risk? for @# sake they don't even have any mining permits?
    It wont happen. The 3 projects have had very little in derisking over the past couple of years.
    Now the company is so short of money, if it were at all possible for a JV partner to be interested, they would dictate the most savage terms.
    What ever happened to China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Power Engineering Co., Ltd. ?
