My simple take on this appointment - a clear pattern can be seen, no more Guernsey's are being handed out to the White Coat brigade, this would indicate the Technology and product development side to the venture is progressing to plan and ahead of schedule. Last 3 appointments to the board are the Grey Pinstripe suit brigade - this alludes to the big push towards commercialization.
