Yes madamswer , it is nice to be able to invest in a company that the only question to ask is which way will give the most upside for holders.
I can remember some time ago you suggested that no lender would give MSB a loan as they had no assets to borrow against. Well things have changed.

Given the limited information that has been provided, are you sure this is just a straight-forward loan?
And not some hybrid-equity, mezzanine finance arrangement?
