All bad stuff and who wouldn't feel for holders - I do? I also think that the pain of holders should not be extended by conjuring up "class actions" and providing them with a false dawn. That would, ultimately, only increase holders angst - in my view.
What you have noted is all bad stuff but it is not the basis for a class action of some unknown purpose.
