I think they will be battling to get the required 50% at this point in time and if they don't they will need to revisit their strategy and offer price.
If they do, then they carry the rest of us to production as they won't get 90% which would result in a compulsory takeover.
So I'm holding for a realistic offer otherwise I'm happy to sit tight until we produce.
