    Holders who don't exercise will get nothing, but the option will get exercised by the underwriter and distributed to their clients. It just means the company gets the cash. Think of it as a $11.5mill CR @25c for the development of the project.

    This could be the last CR before production starts. Hopefully, the last CR ever
