Bug mate , know your a big supporter of VOC and may really long and on the wrong side of the ledger ,but sometimes you need to take off the rosy colured glasses , VOC is a basket case , and the architect of the disaster( the M2 pack of cards ) now has the keys again .
If you buy an asset , it must be below your standard cost of sale or why do it ? Is the seller of an asset is ditressed you pay below market not above it , time is ticking on that debt , they are in no position to negotiate
