It pays to read the announcements in full:

1. Macquarie have been shorting this stock - If you look at the details of the trades it with a lot of sales and purchases littered with borrowed stock and returned stock and a few own clients stock transferred in. Interestingly looking at the trades it didn't look like they made money on my quick analysis. So that's a thumbs up to Marfox who pointed out their trades.

2. They sold this on so a whole lot of parties will be getting the stock - thus they may well be continuing their shorting as the float is 13% greater so weaker overall.

Hopefully, the TA directors will leave the board. Not sure that they add value if no investment.

I must read the attachments all the time even if they are boring...
