    I'm agreeing with you timbin4. Nothing is stopping Hanking still buying. Post record date
    - very uncertain time for retail to buy in (prior to 2nd could be reasonably confident of getting 5.7c)
    - great time for Hanking to buy below offer price
    - not a great time for anyone to sell below offer price (unless insider info)
    I will only consider buying more now if priced much lower due to all the risk
