The Kwaty Corp registered under CATSI and under the auspices of ORIC is the entity ARU and the Central Land Council need to stitch up a land use agreement with.
I see the corp registration as a positive because ARU will be dealing with a regulated entity with its own rule book etc rather than simply a dispersed group of individuals. Follow the link and you will find the members of the Kwaty Corp. Note that they are resident nowhere near the mine which is good and that there is not a lot of them. That is also good as there is understandably a measure of compensation for the loss of their traditional land to a mine so fewer is cheaper. I would think that a land use agreement for the mine will be worked out quickly.
