Is the filing delay due finalising accurate financial accounts and getting auditors to sign off? There could be a number of reasons for the delay. Shareholders become suspicious
The shareholders should be given a more detailed explanation rather than a vague statement that the accounts will be completed in April.
A share buy back would make sense...
