Hello, welcome on HC! I have noted the US OTC listing of DCC a while ago: would you happen to know how long DCC has been listed in the US under the ticker you mention?
Also, I am a bit surprised that it's not listed on OTCQB or OTCQX: it seems it is not liquid enough to be listed on those exchanges?
I am very happy to see the company is dual listed. Just a bit perplexed as to why there was no official Ann about this from DCC: could it be that the US listing is just a tracker instrument, not an actual dual-listing stock, issued by DCC? That would explain why it exactly copies the day-to-day moves realized on the ASX, rather than driving the moves.
