have a look at the ABS data series - we have had one of the largest building booms Oz has ever seen .............

while I cant agree with T10 re prices - im at least smart enough to not say "ever" ..........
arguably - we is at the start of a v large market correction ...........
in the accounts - I didn't like the huge inc in amts paid back to franchise's ......
the property book (which - arguably is driven by int rates) and the comp owned stores - low 3's to (crash type scenario mid 2's) is where is would be ex long term value .........
anyhoo - will wait to see what mr future holds !
