Only skimmed the threads but havent seen anyone consider the possibility of a special div if they do sell the entire project.

Hugh owns 130m odd shares himself last I looked.

If they do flick the whole project off for cash they could pay a special dividend to shareholders. Better than sitting on the $200m cash.

So with 1.8B SOI if they sold the project for $200m they could keep some cash and payout 10cps and we all still maintain our holding. Doesnt seem like a bad deal to me.

Totally speculative thinking on my part I should add.

Everyone seems to have overlooked the copper-cobalt acq in the DRC recently too. You should check out the location, its in the same region as Glencore'd Katanga I believe. I think @drifter13 has a map he might post. (TAR ran almost 200% yesterday on a copper-cobalt acq in the congo.)

We have good days lithium to explore too and a management that have shown that they actually go through with things.

On an EV/JORC basis PSC is sitting at about $141/t of Li2O in ground. For comparison, of hardrock JORC defined resources:

All EV/JORC values are adjusted for % ownership etc.

IMO on a valuation basis it cant really stay this low. Even BGS is worth double what we are and they are in Mali and as far as im aware they dont have offtakes or funding lined up and their CAPEX is 4x that of PSC.
