The CEO holds around 2.4% + Chairman 2.1% + LMIG 19% + other long term top 20 27% + other outside top 20 mums and dads approx 35% = 95% are locked away (or approx 53m shares) leaving around 5% or 3m free float.

There would need to be some event before a takeover happened.
The Adavagen business is not aligned with the other two.
You would spin off the Advangen business or float at the right time and issue shares.
Then valuation will be a lot easier then.
