    Let's see what the mediation brings at end March? An agreed settlement for even half the amount insured
    would allow KCN to advance the Sth American project to FID and fund the TAFTA claim even if it takes
    two years.

    Yesterday's announcement is the worst possible scenario and allows those who sign the accounts to have
    adequate protection over their bottoms
