Here is my take on the gist. In the absence of a deal with big pharma or a takeover, the company would be worth much less than its current share price until a successful phase 3 outcome.
Having said that, I think most of us have great faith in both the potential of the NEU product offering as well as the senior management of the company so "go you good thing".
