it looks to me that the CR Placement was conditional upon the release of a satisfactory H/Y report.
A H/Yr report which contained no hidden surprises, and which aligned to that information which was presented to prospective subscribers to the CR.
And yes thats sounds like an Option - but it may well not have been "optional".
And that makes sense - because EDE stated that they had "agreed to place..." shares and raise $6m odd.
so to me that's not optional - ie those Bell sophs may have been comitted to subscribe subjest to a satisfactory H/Y report with no material differences to what they were told by Bell and EDE.
If it is in fact "conditional" - then I reckon we have not seen appropriate "Disclosure".
But hey, if they go and sign a big contract, or get more approvals etc, I will not feel too aggrieved.
I still think it is a long term investment, and I continue to believe in the product.
It is just taking a heck of a long time dealing with these Govt agencies, and we need to hang in there and hope that EDE can continue to be funded whilst we wait for meaningful sales.
This si clearly not a stock for those investors with a short term investment horizon.
