    The Blackwater Coal Mining Contract announced this morning is a positive. However, of potential significance to DOW into 2019 and beyond is the TNG NT project. TNG "appears" to be progressing towards financing and off take agreements in 2018. A project update is expected shortly which might give us a guide on "potential" commencement of the project. The mining division outlook might be better than expected.
